They will provide the training if the disability person don't have experience IT. Depending on the individual ability, then they can see what the person can do from IT support. If the person is deaf, then then can help our users via Webchat or Emails and if the person is in wheelchair then can help with calls. As long as the person is willing to learn, they are okay if no experience they can train the disability people. Don't worry, their office - each floor get washroom for a disability.

Job Requirements
- Preferably experienced in an IT environment (training will be provided).
- Exposure in Windows Desktop Operating Systems; PC Hardware; Peripherals; MS Office; Imaging software will be advantageous but not a must.
- Working knowledge of server operating system & hardware preferred
- Good oral & written communication skills. ( If you are Deaf, don't worry you can make email or webchat only)
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent time management & organizational skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Able to converse in English or any other language.
- Prioritize and resolve issues identified by customers and other teams in a timely manner.
- Will work with IT Services functional teams and other team members to ensure issue resolution in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Updates customer on problem status/resolution in accordance with SLA.
- Escalate problems as required
- Actively participates in the identification and implementation of the training and knowledge
- Actively participates in projects, as assigned.
