Viable Vision works to open new avenues of communication for deaf and the hard of hearing people through its video relay services. This can be accessed using the Internet at home, or via wireless connectivity from other locations.. I think that it can used because the deaf community Malaysia can chat with another friend in the sign language through the webcam. It also required the high-speed Internet, webcam and videophones--> so you can continue to call the same people you love talking with.
